PEPPER KIMCHI: Fermented for a month first and then turned into Kimchi, the Fermented Peppers are an instant classic. A crunchy addiction to your BBQ days or a stress-reliever after a long day!
LEEK KIMCHI: Definitely a paired item, such as grains, meats, and such. Wonderful addition in between burgers and on top of salmon.
DANDELION KIMCHI: Did you know dandelions support liver health, nourish bones and joints, and even stimulate urinary function to promote cleansing? Who knew such a common plant could do so much? Now you can try it in Kimchi form!
SPANISH RADISH KIMCHI: The Spanish Black Radish is one of the healthiest radishes out there. Most effective in digestive aid and fighting against the common cold, in Kimchi form it is quite the body booster!
MUSTARD LEAF: The exotic taste of the Mustard Leaf and the spicy tangy fermentation process makes this Kimchi quite exquisite. It's hard to say no to the taste and the health benefits such as detoxification, cancer prevention, high in antioxidants.
PONYTAIL: Sujin's favorite. Not only do the nutritional benefits perk ears, but the whole Daikon crunch is amazing! Cut them up or eat it with your hands!
Argaari This Kimchi is based on baby Daikon radish and Napa cabbage. Much more watery, there is a soothing taste with a quick peek of spice.
Cabbage Using the Green cabbage instead of Napa gives it a different texture and crunch. Fun to mix in with rice, it is a popular Kimchi for food fusions.
Fruit Kimchi Like the Dong Chimi, the Fruit Kimchi follows the same principal but using more fruit than vegetables. With many flavors in a sip, not will it keep you cool but feeling light!
Oiji Moochim Like the Daikon Kimchi, the cucumbers are fermented for a month before being turned into Kimchi. Crunchy, chewy and a party where ever they go, this Kimchi is great in sandwiches, rice, and more!
WHITE KIMCHI: This is a non-spicy Napa cabbage Kimchi. Not only does it contain the most ingredients, it is one the healthiest. For those who want a calming touch to their taste buds, this is for you.
FERMENTED NAPA KIMCHI: The traditional Napa cabbage Kimchi. Enjoy what Kimchi taste like when it's made from scratch!
KALE KIMCHI: One of the densest and nutrient packed vegetables, Kale Kimchi is a super food. We pulverize the hard middle stem and mix it in the sauce, to make sure you get your fiber!
DAIKON MOOCHIM: A drier Kimchi, the Daikon radish is fermented for a month before hand, then turned into Kimchi. Made differently from the other Daikon varieties, but just as crunchy and rich in flavor!
TURNIP KIMCHI: Like the Daikon Kimchi, the turnip is crunchy and tangy in taste. Natural and wholesome, the Turnip Kimchi will give you the nutrients and flavor desired.
DONGCHIMI: One of our most effective Kimchi. Not only does the taste spark pleasure, we have found it helps with digestive problems. It is much more watery than the other types.
FRESH NAPA KIMCHI: For beginners that are new to fermented goods. Sometimes fermented food can pack a punch,so this is a great way to start. Less spicy and the fermented smell has yet to really give off that pungent smell.
Bok Choy This cabbage has a juicy crunch when raw, and a delectable taste when cooked. But what do we get when you ferment that cabbage with some spice and other compliments? Synergy
Cucumber Roll Packed with a refreshing taste, this fun and beautiful Kimchi will empress any plate it's decorated on. Wonderful with seafood, meats, and salads, they won't last long!
Green Onion This is one of our favorite Kimchi when used as a side. It's wonderful with steaks, ribs, and all meats. There is something about the taste, spice, and feel of fermented Green Onion. Great source for vitamins as well!
Radish Cube (Gak Du Gi) Daikon radish has this amazing ability to absorb the nutrients and sauce so well. When perfectly fermented, this is what the definition of mouth watering Kimchi.
