From Korea, Sujin has always had a passion for cooking. While making Kimchi for her friends and family, her son (Brian) and herself noticed a lot of digestive related problems in the area. Also seeing the other Kimchi products being sold with preservatives, very little ingredients, and are heat-treated, they decided to try and introduce real Kimchi in their area.
In all of our Kimchi, we add no sugar, instead we use fermented fruits and our fish sauce is made from scratch. Using on sea salt that has been dried by the sun to preserve our Kimchi, you will notice the difference. We encourage everyone to experiment with our Kimchi. From burgers, pizza, or even a taco salad, you never know what you could make with our selections.
We are a small family, where we make Kimchi daily, and we are dedicated your health while offering you high quality fermented goods. Sourcing from local vegetable farmers to seafood fishermen, we keep it as simple and as natural as possible. Sujin's will never cut any corners, and make sure your food is grown and made by real people.
